Track down your scammed crypto
We will trace your crypto on the blockchain, attempting to prove a link between the scammer, and a real world entity.
Ransomware and crypto scams are becoming more common, and bad actors are using innovative techniques to obfuscate their trail and to hide from law enforcement. The ever increasing sophistication of scammers is a challenge for local law enforcement who don't have the training of funding to properly investigate crimes on the blockchain.
Law enforcement are likely to never pursue the case without a clear understanding of what took place and a real-world-entity to pursue.
Tracing the scammer can be done by our team of investigators who will work to link the scammer with a real-world-entity and formulate reports to assist law enforcement.
Track cryptocurrency scams, disrupt criminal operations, and help law enforcement recover your funds.
Accelerate your investigation with visuals and data - proven blockchain analysis and extensive event reporting.
Provide evidence gathered through blockchain analysis for use in criminal and civil legal cases.
Our team of investigators work around the clock to empower scam victims along the path to recovery.

The techniques we use to recover our clients’ accounts vary widely from case to case. In the event of a password recovery we will walk our clients through extracting an encrypted private key backup and building a comprehensive list of possible password guesses. We then transfer our client’s data to secure password cracking servers that use the data collected from the client to try billions or trillions of possible password combinations until the correct password is found.
Correct. It is mathematically impossible to directly hack the Bitcoin Blockchain. However, our approach involves using the Bitcoin owner’s password guesses to “crack” their password. In combination with a private key backup (essentially an encrypted private key) this allows our clients to regain control of their funds.
No. We will never ask our clients to divulge more information than they are comfortable sharing with us.

If you have completely deleted your seed phrase or have thrown away a computer or phone with a private key backup on it, there is little to nothing we can do to assist you.In certain cases (such as with Blockchain.com) we can retrieve the backup file for you and occasionally we can recover deleted files off of an old hard drive. However, if you have lost access to a seed phrase and do not have a partial, or incorrect seed phrase recorded, there is nothing we or any other recovery company can do to assist you.
